For the first time in seven years, Steve Pomeranz's clients are asking him to put all their money in stocks.

Since May 26, 1896, when Charles Dow first published the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the index has never closed up 19 out of 21 days. That is, until these past four weeks. Starting on March 28, the DJIA is up a record-making 19 out of 21 days through today’s close.
